Preparation
NEW LAWN
✔︎ Clear the area; consider using a complete weed killer to remove all weeds & old grasses
✔︎ Cultivate the area & remove stones & debris
✔︎ Rake & level the site until a fine, firm crumb texture is achieved
EXISTING LAWN
✔︎ Rake & scarify thoroughly
Sowing
✔︎ Incorporate pre-seeding fertiliser & lime into the soil surface to encourage vigorous growth.
✔︎ Spread 35 g/m2 – 50 g/m2 of high quality turf lawn seed over the area.
✔︎ Lightly rake the area to a depth of 0.5 cm to cover the seed.
✔︎ Press the seed into the soil by walking or rolling over.
After Care
✔︎ Water to ensure the area remains moist.
✔︎ When the new grass reaches 8 cm height, cut at 2.5 cm Approx.
✔︎ On the 1st cut let the clippings fall, on the 2nd and subsequent cut remove all clippings.
