SU KARLSSON

SU KARLSSON is an impressive new hybrid rye variety well-suited to Irish crop production conditions. It combines very high grain yield potential with excellent resistance to disease and lodging.

It tillers strongly, producing a dense canopy of tall, stiff straw with good lodging resistance. Compared with SU Performer, SU KARLSSON offers improved resistance to Brown Rust, while maintaining similar plant height and crop maturity.

Goldcrop trials have shown significantly less slug grazing in SU KARLSSON than in other rye varieties — a valuable agronomic trait, particularly in high-pressure situations or wet autumns.

It produces grain with very good specific weight, good protein content, and an above-average Hagberg Falling Number

• FOR 2025, SU KARLSSON WILL BE AVAILABLE IN BOTH 12 MILLION SEEDS (12 ACRE) AND 1 MILLION SEEDS (1 ACRE) PACKS
