INTEGRAL Winter Barley is a high-yielding 6-row BYDV-tolerant variety

Key Features


BYDV Tolerant: Protects yield potential against virus pressure.

Very High Yield: Equivalent to or higher than KWS Joyau in official Irish VCU Trials (2022–2023, 11 sites).

Early Drilling: Suitable for sowing from 15th September onwards.

Performs well on both light and heavy soils.

Agronomic Profile


Early maturing.

Short, stiff straw with good resistance to lodging and brackling.

Strong resistance to wet weather diseases.

Needs monitoring for mildew.

Better Ramularia resistance than its parent variety, Pixel.

Grain Quality


Produces good quality grain for a 6-row type.

Very high KPH.

Large TGW with low screenings.
